§ ROP 8. Guidelines for Award of Fees for Services of Prosecutors.

1. (a) Mileage reimbursement shall be at the statutory rate. (b) Out-of-Pocket expenses shall be listed separately, and shall not be incurred without prior approval of the Presiding Judge of the Trial Division of the Court on the Judiciary. (c) The Administrative Director of the Courts shall develop and promulgate a standard claim form for the payment of any expenses incurred before the Trial or Appellate Divisions.

In conformity with Article 7-A § 6(c) of the Constitution of Oklahoma, attorney fees awarded for services by prosecutors before the Court on the Judiciary shall be set pursuant to the following guidelines:
