1. A. By or before January 1, 2027, Service Oklahoma shall enact a system that enables an individual to track the mailing status of a driver license or identification card issued to such individual by Service Oklahoma. Such system shall consist of an update via electronic communication sent directly to an individual about a change in the mailing status of a driver license or identification card or a web portal where an individual may register to view the current mailing status of a driver license.
2. B. By or before January 1, 2027, Service Oklahoma shall enact a system that enables an applicant for a credential to be issued by Service Oklahoma, including REAL ID Compliant and REAL ID Noncompliant driver licenses and identification cards, to request expedited delivery of the credential at the time of issuance. For those electing for expedited delivery, there shall be assessed, in addition to any other fees provided for by law, an expedited delivery fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00). The expedited delivery fee shall be deposited to the credit of the Service Oklahoma Revolving Fund.
