Exceptions From Provisions of This Chapter

This chapter does not apply to the following unless a title or registration has been issued on such vehicles under this act:
- 1. A vehicle moved solely by animal power;
- 2. An implement of husbandry, except as provided in Section 47-4-102 and 47-4-104 of this title;
- 3. Special mobilized machinery;
- 4. A self-propelled invalid wheel chair or tricycle.
