Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 10-112
Any person who gives information in reports as required in Sections 47-10-108, 47-10-110 or 47-10-111 knowing or having reason to believe that such information is false shall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for not more than one (1) year, or both.
