Conduct Unbecoming an Officer and a Gentleman

ARTICLE 133. Conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman.

Any commissioned officer, cadet, or officer candidate who is convicted of conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
