The Oklahoma Employment Security Act, 40 O.S. 1971 Sections 211 through 238.1, both inclusive, as amended, is hereby repealed subject to the provisions of Section 40-9-103, except that 40 O.S. 1971 Section 226 (a) and (b) are not repealed.
