The purpose of the Patient's Right to Pharmacy Choice Act is to establish minimum and uniform access to a provider and standards and prohibitions on restrictions of a patient's right to choose a pharmacy provider. Historical Data Laws 2019, HB 2632, c. 426, § 2, eff. November 1, 2019.
