Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 1219
Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be imprisoned in the county jail for not less than thirty (30) days nor more than one (1) year or shall be fined an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by both such imprisonment and fine; provided if a person be convicted of such offense a second time, it shall be mandatory that his punishment be jail imprisonment for one (1) year.
