For the purposes of this law, and as used therein:
- (a) The term "person" means any individual, partnership, association, corporation, or organized group of persons whether incorporated or not.
- (b) The term "fungicide" means any substance or mixture of substances intended for preventing, destroying, repelling or mitigating any fungi or bacteria.
