- A. The owner of any solar energy facility shall report to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission the electrical energy generated by the solar energy facility, the nameplate capacity of the solar energy facility, and the location of the solar energy facility.
- B. If a solar energy facility contains generating units with different nameplate capacities, the information required in subsection A of this section shall be reported separately for each nameplate capacity.
- C. The information required by this section shall be reported on an annual basis, with the information due not later than March 1 of each calendar year.
