For landowners who are paid based on the amount of electrical energy produced from the conversion of solar energy, the owner of any solar energy facility shall provide a statement within ten (10) business days of the payment to the landowner in consideration for the use of the property of the landowner to generate electrical energy. The statement shall provide, at a minimum, information reasonably necessary to assist the landowner in understanding the basis for the payment to the landowner and a means of confirming its accuracy.
