The Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall have authority to promulgate rules as necessary to implement the provisions of the Oklahoma Solar Energy Development Act and to set fees necessary to perform the duties and responsibilities of the Commission pursuant to the act. The Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall have exclusive jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this act that are within its authority.
