Legislature Findings

Effective Jul 1, 2026Laws 2026, HB 3464, c. 155, § 2, emerg. eff. July 1, 2026.

The Legislature finds that:

1. To protect the citizens of Oklahoma, energy storage resources shall satisfy safety codes and standards; and
2. This act is intended to help Oklahoma secure the benefits of energy storage resources to provide electric grid reliability.
