The Third Party Prescription Act shall not apply to any services rendered pursuant to provisions of the vendor drug program authorized by Sections 204 [56-204] and 204.1 [56-204.1] of Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The Third Party Prescription Act shall not apply to an insurance company which is licensed to transact insurance business in this state and/or administers its own prescription drug program.
