As used in the Oklahoma Innkeeper Rights Act:

1. 1. "Innkeeper" means:

   1. a. the owner of a lodging establishment,
   2. b. the operator of a lodging establishment,
   3. c. the manager of a lodging establishment, or
   4. d. the keeper of a lodging establishment;

2. 2. "Lodging establishment" means:

   1. a. a hotel,
   2. b. a motel,
   3. c. a resort,
   4. d. a bed and breakfast establishment,
   5. e. a boarding house,
   6. f. a furnished apartment house, or
   7. g. other building which is kept, used or advertised as, or held out to the public to be, a place where sleeping or housekeeping accommodations are supplied for pay to guests for transient occupancy; and
3. 3. "Minor" means a person under the age of eighteen (18) years.
