For purposes of this part, a default occurs in connection with an agricultural lien at the time the secured party becomes entitled to enforce the lien in accordance with the statute under which it was created.

In Oklahoma, agricultural liens arise under such provisions as 42 Okla. Stat. sections 47, 48, 111, and 115 as well as 2 Okla. Stat. sections 3-50.9 and 3-50.9a. Statutory enforcement tracks through their accompanying provisions and 42 Okla. Stat. section 91.
