Section captions are part of the Uniform Commercial Code.

Oklahoma Code Comment

In Brown v. State, Okl.Cr. 266 P.2d 988 (1954), it was held that when a statute is ambiguous the title of the act may be considered in determining the legislative intent. This provision making the section captions a part of the Act however goes beyond the prior Oklahoma decisions.
