- A. The Department of Human Services, either directly or through a child-placing agency, shall provide a duffel bag to children in foster care who lack a suitcase or other adequate bag in which to pack personal belongings. As funds allow, the Department may include personal hygiene items or other personal supplies in the duffel bags described in this subsection.
- B. The Director of Human Services may promulgate rules as necessary to implement the provisions of this section.
