Okla. Stat. tit. 10, § 1501
Wherever reference is made to the county court, Children's Courtand Juvenile Court, or to a judge thereof in the statutes relating to juveniles, domestic relations or the status of persons, the reference shall be deemed to be to the District Court or a judge thereof.
