- (a) Sections 3-1, 3-6, 3-7, 3-9, 3-11, 3-13, 3-14 [except (g)], 5-3, 5-6, 5-7, 5-9, 5-10, 5-12, 5-13 shall apply to elimination tournaments, unless otherwise noted.
- (b) Before the start of an event, the Commission shall check all participants and promoters, for lice nses issued by Commission. Any individual without a current license issued by the Commission shall not participate in the event.
