1. (a) The Chairman with the approval of the Advisory Board may establish sub-committees deemed necessary to carry out Advisory Board responsibilities.
2. (b) The Chairman shall appoint the members of the Advisory Board to serve on sub-committees.
3. (c) The Chairman may appoint non Advisory Board members to serve as sub-committee members on a consultant or voluntary basis subject to Advisory Board approval.
4. (d) Sub-committee Chairman shall make regular reports to the Advisory Board in interim written reports and/or at regular meetings.
5. (e) Sub-committees shall direct all reports or other materials to the Director for distribution.
6. (f) Sub-committees shall meet when called by the Chairman or when so directed by the Advisory Board.
