An LPC applicant may be eligible to sit for the licensing examination following the submission of:

1. (1) Application fee and form;
2. (2) Practicum/Internship Documentation Form;
3. (3) Official transcript(s) showing completion of all academic requirements listed in subchapter 9, section 86:10-9-2 or a Board approved Verification of Academic Standing from the administrator of the student’s degree program indicating that the student is expected to fulfill all degree requirements by the expected graduation date. Verification of Academic Standing shall not be signed and dated or submitted to the Board more than 60 days prior to the expected date graduation; and
4. (4) Completed criminal background check.
