A certified advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) shall be allowed eighty-five percent (85%) of the fee schedule allowance for Evaluation and Management services and other services performed within the advanced practice registered nurse's license and certification, subject to the conditions and procedures set forth in General Ground Rule 13 of the current fee schedule. When billing for services provided by an APRN, use the modifier (-NP).
