The following are the responsibilities of the Department when conducting private lands youth hunts:

1. (1) A Department representative will meet with interested applicants to determine objectives, details, and feasibility of the proposed youth hunt.
2. (2) Department will administer hunter applications and drawing.
3. (3) The Department will provide a list of drawn hunters to each applicant prior to the hunt.
4. (4) Department personnel or representatives will be present during the initial hunt.
