The following are the responsibilities of applicants participating in private lands youth hunts:

1. (1) Property Map. The applicant shall submit an application and map of the enrolled property.
2. (2) Headquarters. The applicant shall provide some type of shelter to be used as hunt headquarters during the duration of the hunt.
3. (3) Checking. Each deer harvested must be checked at the hunt headquarters unless otherwise specified.
4. (4) Hunt Leaders. If necessary, applicants will provide hunt leaders to assist with the hunt.
