- (a) Persons participating in controlled hunts on Department managed areas are required to check in and out of the area at the beginning and end of each hunt unless specified otherwise.
- (b) Unless otherwise provided, no one is allowed in a controlled hunt area during specified dates without a controlled hunt permit, except for emergency situations when permission has been given by a Department representative.
