Waterfowl blinds constructed on Corps of Engineers and Bureau of Reclamation Reservoirs are classified in two categories: Seasonal - blinds which are constructed by a hunter permitted by the Department and at a Department approved designated location and used throughout the current hunting season. Daily - blinds constructed for use on any given day and removed at the end of the day's hunt. Daily blinds would include boat blinds, layout blinds, panel blinds and/or any other blind constructed from natural material that is removed at the end of the day's hunt. This Part establishes the guidelines for blind construction.
