The Department may select artwork for the Oklahoma Waterfowl Stamp from an art contest. Contest procedures will be published to the Department's website at least thirty (30) days prior to the entry period, and will include the following details:

1. (1) Participant eligibility
2. (2) Artwork criteria and contest entry procedures
3. (3) Contest entry period and timeline for announcement of winner(s)
4. (4) Winner selection procedures
5. (5) Entry fee (if applicable)
6. (6) Contest prizes
7. (7) Additional limitations and restrictions
