The following is the criteria for listing threatened and endangered species:

1. (1) Documentation exists of the present or threatened destruction, modification or curtailment of its habitat.
2. (2) Documented modification of population parameters or other factors adversely affecting the long-term survival or recovery of the species.
3. (3) Biological characteristics of the species which may adversely affect the long-term survival of the species.
