Waterfowl hunting on Foss State Park
Effective Aug 25, 201633 Ok Reg 1122<i><sup>1</sup>This emergency action expired without being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency amendatory action, the last prior permanent text is reinstated. - (a) Dates. Waterfowl hunting on Foss State Park is open during waterfowl seasons occurring between September 1 and through the end of waterfowl hunting season.
- (b) Open areas. Areas open to hunting are to be determined annually and published in annual hunting season brochures.
