- (a) Red River. Commercial harvest of minnows in the Red River and its tributaries above Lake Texoma by commercial minnow operators will be restricted and permitted only during the hours of 6 a.m. to 12 noon daily from March 1 through May 31 annually, and only during the hours 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily from June 1 through February, annually.
- (b) Prohibited species. All state and/or Federal threatened or endangered species shall not be taken or possessed by commercial minnow operators.
