The following rules shall apply to the sale of advertising in any media production or other informational material produced by the Department:
- (1) All ads and advertising will be consistent with state and federal law pertaining to the selling of advertising.
- (2) ODWC retains the right, by agreement, to approve all elements of any advertising placed in Department productions, including the form and content of said advertising.
- (3) Advertising and its content shall be consistent with the Department's mission and goals.
- (4) Any public information material containing advertising shall include a statement providing that the inclusion of such material does not constitute endorsement by the Department or Wildlife Commission of the products or services so advertised.
- (5) Advertising rates and placement will be consistent with current market values.
