State Auditor and Inspector
Effective 1-1-08, the responsibilities for administering the Oklahoma Abstractors Act were assigned to the newly-created Oklahoma Abstractors Board, and the State Auditor and Inspector was no longer responsible for administering the Act [1 O.S., §§ 20 et seq.]. Therefore, the rules of the State Auditor and Inspector in this Title 80 were editorially terminated.
