1. (a) Water conservation grant recipients receiving $1,000.00 or less:

   1. (1) Must complete projects within one (1) year;
   2. (2) Will be funded on a reimbursable basis upon submittal of invoices, receipts or other proof of expenditures as approved by the Board;
   3. (3) Must submit a final report at the end of the project describing how the terms and conditions of the water conservation grant agreement were accomplished.

2. (b) Water conservation grant recipients receiving more than $1,000.00:

   1. (1) Must complete projects within two years;
   2. (2) Will be funded on a reimbursable basis upon submittal of invoices, receipts or other proof of expenditures as approved by the Board.
   3. (3) Will provide status reports at intervals prescribed by the Board and a final report at the end of the project describing how the terms and conditions of the water conservation grant agreement were accomplished.
