The educational infrastructure ensures that the necessary standards are in place for providing effective instruction and training. These standards include but are not limited to the following: Leadership and administration, instruction and training, support services, measurement and analysis, personnel, operations and system impact. The instructional program defines where, how, and when instruction is provided.
