1. (a) Agreements and contracts. The Department may enter into agreements and contracts with other agencies and entities as may be necessary or feasible for the furtherance of career and technology education. Such contracts and agreements shall be in accordance with state and federal laws and internal agency rules and procedures.
2. (b) Housing and other support. The Department may, through contractual arrangements, provide housing and support services to other entities whose primary purpose is delivery of career and technology education if there is availability of space and/or resources.
