The ODVA shall insure the employee:

1. (1) Makes satisfactory scholastic progress toward the program of education or training until completion of all program requirements;
2. (2) Maintains a grade point average required for satisfactory academic progress in the program of education or training, as defined by the institution providing the education or training; and
3. (3) Meets ODVA attendance time and attendance rules if the employee attends the training class during working hours.
