Every applicant shall be required to submit a current report from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI Report) which indicates whether the applicant has been charged or convicted of a felony. The report shall include information showing whether any of the charges or convictions were violent or sex offender felonies. An applicant who has a felony conviction in another state or in federal court within the last twenty (20) years shall submit a copy of the Judgement and Sentence for such conviction.
