- (b) The normal business hours of the Authority are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.
- (c) Unless otherwise provided in this Title, anyone may file a document with the Authority by mail orhand-delivery during normal business hours. The "filing date" is the date the Authority receives a document by mail or hand-delivery, not the date it is mailed or postmarked.
