The following words and terms, when used in the Chapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Authority" means the University Hospitals Authority.

"Chief Executive Officer" or "CEO" means the highest-ranking administrator at the University Hospitals Authority.
