State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program
Codified 11-1-24; Effective 11-1-24, the rules in this Chapter were transferred from Chapter 105, Subchapter 11, in the Department of Human Service's Title 340 [OAC 340:105-11-230 through 340:105-11-255]. Pursuant to Senate Bill 1709 (2024), "all administrativerules promulgated by the Director of Human Services for the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman shall be transferred to and become a part of the administrative rules of the Office of the Attorney General" [Senate Bill 1709 (2024)].; Amended at 42 Ok Reg, Number 20, effective 7-11-25; 63 O.S.Supp. 2024, §§ 1-2213.1(F) and 1-2216(A)Attorney General
