1. (a) Prior to providing any direct services, all transitional living services personnel shall receive the prescribed orientation training in Section 12 of this Subchapter.

2. (b) Compliance with this Section shall be determined by:

   1. (1) Review of program's policies and procedures;
   2. (2) Review of program's training records and other provided documentation of staff or volunteer training; and
   3. (3) Review of personnel records.
