Supervision of volunteers

- (a) The program shall establish in writing lines of supervision for all volunteers.
- (b) The program shall ensure each volunteer has the knowledge relevant to the volunteer's job duties and is supervised pursuant to program policies and procedures.
- (c) Compliance with this Section shall be determined through a review of the program's policies and procedures, and any other supporting documentation provided, including, but not limited to, volunteer manuals, and organizational charts.
