- (a) A certified program shall establish in writing lines of supervision for all volunteers.
- (b) A certified program shall ensure each volunteer has the knowledge appropriate to his or her job duties and are supervised by personnel.
- (c) Compliance with this Section shall be determined through a review of the program's policy and procedures, and any other supporting documentation provided, including but not limited to, volunteer manuals, and organizational charts.
