- (a) A certified program shall establish in writing lines of supervision for all personnel.
- (b) Compliance with this Section shall be determined through a review of the program's policy and procedures, or any other supporting documentation provided, including but not limited to, personnel manuals, organizational charts, job descriptions, and personnel files.
