Job descriptions, personnel

(a) The agency shall have written job descriptions for personnel defining the duties of, and minimum qualifications for, each position.
(b) Compliance with this Section shall be determined by:
1. (1) a review of the program's policies and procedures, and
2. (2) a review of the program's job descriptions.
