- (a) The agency shall maintain written policy and procedures which describe the rules clients are expected to follow.
- (b) Clients shall be given a copy of program rules and the provision of such shall be documented in the client record.
- (c) The program shall have a written policy of the intent to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008.
- (d) Compliance with this Section shall be determined by a review of the program's written policy and procedures and a review of client records.
