- (a) In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008, the program shall ensure that persons with disabilities are not excluded from services. Referrals must be provided when necessary, and the program shall have written procedures referrals for disabled persons who can not be served on-site.
- (b) Compliance with this Section shall be determined by a review of program policy and procedures.
