1. (a) None of the appendices of the IFC® 2018 have been adopted by the OUBCC for inclusion in the statewide minimum code for residential and commercial fire prevention and fire protection systems within the State of Oklahoma.
2. (b) The OUBCC hereby creates a new appendix entitled "Appendix O, Egress Path Markings for Existing Buildings."
3. (c) The OUBCC has removed from Chapter 11 of the IFC® 2018, Section 1104.25 entitled "Egress Path Markings" and has relocated and renumbered the section to the newly created Appendix O entitled "Egress Path Markings for Existing Buildings."
4. (d) Appendices A through O are not adopted as the statewide minimum code for residential and commercial fire prevention and fire protection systems within the State of Oklahoma. However, other jurisdictions within the State of Oklahoma may adopt any or all of said appendices in accordance with 59 O.S. § 1000.29.
