1. (a) Courts shall be examined under any or all of the circumstances defined in 735:80-11-2.

2. (b) The following categories of property normally held by the courts shall be subject to reporting under the Unclaimed Property Act:

   1. (1) Probate funds in which the final account or distribution has been reached;
   2. (2) Funds held for a minor who has reached the age of majority;
   3. (3) Money judgments;
   4. (4) Bonds in which a mandate has been issued.
3. (c) Property subject to the Unclaimed Property Act shall not be presumed abandoned unless it has remained unclaimed for the statutory period of time.
